Meet the team.

Pastor Steve & Marie West

Head Pastor
Pastor Steve and his wife, Marie, were both born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota.  They came to Lighthouse Fellowship to serve as Interim Pastor in 2015. The church unanimously invited them to stay, and they accepted the invitation. They have been married since 1975 and have four grown children and eight grandchildren.
Pastor Steve is a graduate of North Central University, with a degree in Pastoral Studies. He is ordained with the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God and served as the District Chaplain in the Twin Cities hospitals before coming to Lighthouse.
 Marie is an ordained minister with the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God and serves as Missions Advisor and is the Missions Trip Coordinator for the  District Women’s Ministry Department.

Pastor Mitchal Dahlke

Youth Pastor
Pastor Mitchal and his wife, Pastor Alison Dahlke have served at Lighthouse Fellowship since 2014. They went to Heartland Masters Commission in Cold Spring, MN, where they studied Youth Ministry. They have been married since fall 2014. In July 2016 they welcomed their first daughter, Marlowe Jean and then September 2018 they had their second child, Harrison. Mitchal loves playing sports, watching football, and going on walks around town with his family. 

Sue Carlson

Church Secretary 
Sue became Secretary at Lighthouse in April of 2014 after spending the previous 20 years working from home and homeschooling her children.
Sue married her husband,  John, September 30, 1989 and they have 6 children.  
Sue grew up in a Christian home and has become passionately in love with Christ more each day as He continues to show Himself faithful.  Sue attends New Life Church in Princeton with her family.

Pastor Sterling Steen

Children's Pastor
Sterling came to Lighthouse in February of 2019 to help teach our youngest members about God’s love. Sterling is a Graduate of Heartland Masters Commission in Cold Spring, MN, where he studied Children’s Ministry and Technology in the Church. He is an adamant lover of trivia and board games and is always looking for a chance to enjoy either. Sterling married his wife Brittney in April of 2018 and they welcomed their first child, Judah, in Feburary of 2019.
